摘　　要：目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法应用PFNA内固定治疗71例老年股骨转子间骨折患者。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~18个月。2例分别于随访6、13个月死亡,原因为心血管疾病。术后6个月死亡1例患者,无法进行髋关节功能评价,故术后6个月对70例患者根据髋关节Harris评分:优43例,良25例,可2例。结论 PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效肯定,具有创伤小、减少骨折端暴露及软组织剥离、保护骨折周围血运等优点。Objective To investigate the efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotatoin(PFNA)in elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods The 71 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with PFNA.Results All patients received follow-up of 6~18 months,two patients died from cardiovascular disease at 6 months and 13 months respectively.One patient who died after 6 months was unable to evaluate the function of the hip joint.Therefore,according to the hip Harris scores at 6 months postoperation,70 cases of hip joint recovery results were defined as excellent in 43 cases,good in 25,fair 2.Conclusions The efficacy of PFNA internal fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of elderly femoral trochanteric is positive,and it has the advantages of less trauma,reduction of fracture end exposure and soft tissue stripping,and protection of peripheral blood transport.
