摘  要:利用源于农大108的一套RIL群体及其IF_2群体,对玉米穗部性状进行2年2试点的QTL和HL分析。RIL群体和IF_2群体中分别鉴定到22和32个穗部性状QTL,HL分析鉴定到19个HL,这些QTL和HL在数个染色体区域呈簇状分布。其中,RIL群体中检测到的q EL5a,q ED10a,q ERs6,qRKs5和IF_2群体检测到的q EL8b,q ERs5,qRKs10b,qRKs10c表现出环境间一致性和高贡献率,为主效QTL;此外,h ED6和h ERs6位于同一标记区间。结果表明,QTL/HL的显性水平与杂种优势存在相关性,HL与QTL对单个穗部性状的调控相互独立。A set of RIL population and its immortalized F2 population that derived from elite hybrid Nongda 108 were used to identify their ear traits-related QTL and heterotic loci(HL).Field trials were conducted over two years in two locations for evaluating the phenotypes of ear-related traits.QTL analysis identified 22 and 32 ear-related traits QTL in RIL and IF2 populations,respectively.And,19 HL were detected in heterotic analysis.These QTLs and HLs are clustered across several chromosome regions.Among them qEL5a,qED10a,qERs6,qRKs5 detected in the RIL population and qEL8b,qERs5,qRKs10b,qPKs10c detected in the IF2 population exhibited consistent and high contribution rates among the environments,and were main effect QTLs;in addition,hED6 and hERs6 were located in the same marker interval.The results showed that there was a correlation between the dominant level of QTL/HL and heterosis.Moreover,HL are independent from the detected QTL in controlling the same agronomy trait.
