要素投入、产业结构与河南区域经济增长关系的实证分析

摘　　要：对河南区域要素与产业结构、产业结构与经济增长的关系进行了系统性研究,研究表明要素投入变化推动产业结构变化,产业结构变化对区域经济增长存在影响作用。首先对河南产业结构与经济增长进行了度量,描述了其演变轨迹。其次,基于要素投入与产业结构升级关系选取了河南省18个省辖市劳动力、资本和技术等要素数据,对其与产业结构关系进行了面板数据模型实证检验,结果表明,资本投入虽能推动河南省产业结构合理化,但不能促进其高级化,而劳动力和技术投入可以促进河南省产业结构的合理化和高级化。接着对河南省产业结构与经济增长的关系进行了格兰杰因果分析,结果显示,短期内,二者之间存在双向的格兰杰因果关系,长期看,河南省应首先提高产业结构的高度化。最后,基于上述结果,提出了相应的政策建议。This paper systematically studies the relationship between Henan factor input and industrial structure upgrading,industrial structure upgrading and economic growth.The research shows that factor input promotes the change of industrial structure,and the change of industrial structure has an effect on regional economic growth.Firstly,this article measures the advancement of industrial structure in Henan and describes its evolution trajectory.Secondly,based on the relationship between input of factors and upgrading of industrial structure,the author selects the data of labor force,capital and technology from 18 cities in Henan province,and the panel data model is empirically tested.The results show that capital input can promote the rationalization of industrial structure in Henan,and cannot promote its advancement,but the increase of labor force and technology investment can promote the rationalization and advancement of industrial structure in Henan.Then Granger causality analysis is made on the relationship between industrial rationalization and economic growth in Henan province.In the short term,there exists a two-way Granger causation between industrial structure and economic growth.In the long run,Henan should firstly raise the height of industrial structure.Finally,based on the above results,the corresponding policy recommendations are given.
