摘　　要：亚急性瘤胃酸中毒(SARA)是现代集约化反刍动物生产中最常见的营养代谢疾病。SARA的发生是由于精料增加,饲粮结构改变使瘤胃内累积过多的挥发性脂肪酸,降低瘤胃内pH,造成微生物区系发生改变,引起的一种慢性疾病。本文主要从SARA对瘤胃上皮及瘤胃内环境的影响2方面进行介绍,详细阐述了瘤胃上皮结构、细胞连接、通透性及其内环境的变化,为SARA的深入研究提供理论参考。Subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA)is the most common nutritional metabolic disease in modern intensive ruminant production.Because of the increase of concentrate in diet,the structure of diet is changed,which makes the accumulating of volatile fatty acids in rumen,reduce of rumen fluid pH,and changes of microflora,finally resulting in chronic disease.This paper introduced the effects of SARA on rumen epithelium and the internal environment of ruminants.The changes of epithelium structure,cell junction,permeability and internal environment were described in detail,which provide theoretical reference for in-depth study of SARA.
