摘  要:本试验旨在研究灌胃不同剂量壳寡糖(COS)对小鼠生长性能和血清免疫球蛋白含量、细胞因子水平、抗氧化酶活性的影响。选取60只5周龄无特定病原体(SPF)级ICR雄性小鼠,随机分为6组,包括1个对照组和5个试验组,每组10只。5个试验组小鼠分别按照0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1.0 g/kg BW的剂量灌胃COS(溶解于生理盐水),对照组灌服等体积的生理盐水。试验期6周。结果表明:1)灌胃不同剂量COS对小鼠体重无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)灌胃0.6 g/kg BW COS可显著提高小鼠胸腺指数(P<0.05),较对照组提高了32.87%。3)灌胃0.6 g/kg BW COS可显著提高小鼠血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量(P<0.05),较对照组分别提高了12.14%和20.69%。4)灌胃不同剂量COS对小鼠血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均无显著影响(P>0.05)。5)灌胃0.6 g/kg BW COS可显著提高小鼠血清中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性(P<0.05),较对照组提高了27.61%;灌胃0.8 g/kg BW COS可显著提高小鼠血清过氧化物酶(POD)活性(P<0.05),较对照组提高了45.08%。综上,在本试验条件下,COS可促进小鼠免疫器官发育并具有调节血清免疫和抗氧化指标的功能。This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of gavage administration of different doses of chitosan oligosaccharides(COS)on growth performance,serum immunoglobulins contents,cytokines levels and antioxidant enzyme activities of mice.Sixty 5-week-old specific pathogen-free(SPF)ICR male mice were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups,including 1 control group and 5 experimental groups with 10 mice each.The mice in 5 experimental groups were given gavage administration of COS(dissolved in normal saline)at levels of 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 and 1.0 g/kg BW,and the mice in control group were given gavage administration of the same volume of normal saline.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)gavage administration of different doses of COS had no significant influence on body weight of mice(P>0.05).2)Thymus index was significantly increased by gavage administration of 0.6 g/kg BW COS,and it was increased by 32.87%compared with the control group(P<0.05).3)Gavage administration of 0.6 g/kg BW COS significantly increased the contents of serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin(IgM),and they were increased by 12.14%and 20.69%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).4)No significant differences were found in serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)by gavage administration of different doses of COS(P>0.05).5)The activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO)was significantly increased by gavage administration of 0.6 g/kg BW COS,and it was increased by 27.61%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The activity of peroxidase(POD)was significantly increased by gavage administration of 0.8 g/kg BW COS,and it was increased by 45.08%compared with the control group(P<0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,COS has function of promoting the development of immune organs and regulating serum immune and antioxidant indexes of mice.
