论菲尔普斯技术特征及启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和比较分析法,对菲尔普斯的技术特征进行了仔细研究.研究表明,菲尔普斯技术动作可以归纳为始终保持"独特的"身体流线型、利用"第五种泳姿"等4大主要特征.结论认为,这些特征不仅是菲尔普斯制胜的法宝,也是我们需要认真学习和借鉴的宝贵经验.This paper has analyzed the technical features of Phelps by means of literature consultation and comparative analysis.The results show that his technical features can be concluded to some including keeping the body specially streamlined in the whole process and using the fifth swimming posture.It is concluded that these features are not only the key point for Phelps success,but also valuable experience for us to learn and use.
