海上稠油油田早期调整实践与认识

摘　　要：为了有效解决井控储量大、注采井网不完善、采油速度低等问题,围绕渤海旅大油田主要开发矛盾及调整策略进行实践研究。经过不断探索,形成了以早期完善井网为主,结合水平井局部挖潜和分层系开发思路的早期调整模式。实施调整后,油田采收率得以提高,油田开发效果大幅改善。In order to explore the potential of the reservoir and solve the problems such as large well control reserves,incomplete flood pattern,low production rate,etc.,the research on early adjustment is put forward for LD heavy oilfield.Through continuous exploration,the early adjustment strategy is formed:completing the flood pattern by directional wells,tapping local potential by horizontal wells and delaminating development.After the implement of the adjustment,the oil rate increases greatly,and the oil recovery of the oilfield is improved,too.
