海上注聚油田含油污泥组成及结构特性分析

摘　　要：以渤海海上油田聚驱采出液沉降罐形成的含油污泥为研究对象,对其原油泥相、残留聚合物等组成及结构特性进行分析。组成分析显示,含油污泥样品中泥相含量较低,含油量和残留聚合物含量较高;含油污泥样品中原油饱和烃含量最高,胶质和沥青质含量次之,芳香烃含量最少。结构特性分析显示,含油污泥在形成过程中原油组分变化较大;泥相中含有大量碳酸盐类矿物;残留聚合物结构中酰胺基已发生水解。Characterization and composition of oily sludge obtained from precipitation tank in offshore oilfield are analyzed in terms of crude oil,mud phase and residual polymer.The findings show that the oily sludge samples contain little mud,but high oil content and residual polymer content.The content of saturated hydrocarbon in oil containing sludge is the highest,less colloid and asphaltene,and the content of aromatic hydrocarbons is relatively small.Analysis of structural characteristics show the oil content of the oil sludge is changed greatly in the process of formation of oily sludge;a large number of carbonate minerals are contained in the mud phase.The amide group has been hydrolyzed in the residual polymer structure.
