摘 要:针对高功率微波引导磁场的实际情况,根据线性规划算法,设计了一种新颖的分段式高均匀度螺线管。这种螺线管设计以电流密度为变量,以磁场均匀度为约束条件,以磁体总体积为目标函数,利用MATLAB计算可行域内的电流密度值,将可行域的最大值作为线圈电流存在的区域,通过复杂形状的骨架加工及线缆缠绕而制成。通过分析比较常规螺线管和新设计螺线管的电学参数和磁场位形分布,认为在中心磁场强度大小相等和其他因素相同的条件下,新设计的螺线管磁场轴向不均匀度从9.8%降低至0.68%,这种利用线性规划算法设计的分段式螺线管磁体通过改进绕线工艺和机械结构可以实现高均匀度,并具有很强的推广性。A novel segment solenoid is designed to satisfy the high homogeneity requirement of high-power microwave(HPM)guiding magnet field according to linear programming method.The segment solenoid design takes current density as variable,magnetic field homogeneity as constraints,and the total volume as objective function.The maximum electric current density value in the available zone calculated in MATLAB is taken as the coil current loaded zone.Through complex shape skeleton processing and cable winding,the new design solenoid can be manufactured.By comparing the electronics parameters and magnetic field configuration between traditional solenoid and the new-designed segment solenoid,it is concluded that the axial unhomogeneity of the new-designed solenoid declines from 9.8%to 0.68%,under the circumstances that the central magnetic field strength and other facts are fixed.The segment solenoid designed by linear programming method can achieve high homogeneity through improving the cable winding technique and mechanical construction,which has great potential applications.
