摘　　要：近年来,交警玩忽职守犯罪频发,不仅严重破坏了警察队伍的声誉和形象,还使涉案交警由此贴上“犯罪”的标签。为有效预防和减少交警玩忽职守犯罪,切实依法维护涉案交警的合法权益,笔者对35个生效判决进行分析研究,概括归纳该类犯罪的现状、特征和风险点,并根据玩忽职守罪的规定及法律适用特点,提出防范交警玩忽职守犯罪的意见建议。In recent years,the crimes of dereliction by traffic police have occurred frequently,which not only seriously damage the reputation and image of the police force,but also affix a crime label to the traffic police involved.In order to effectively prevent and reduce the crimes of dereliction by traffic police and safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the traffic police involved,the author analyzes and studies 35 effective judgments,summarizes the current status,characteristics and risk points of such crimes,and proposes opinions on preventing the crimes of dereliction by traffic police according to regulations and law applicable characteristics of crimes of dereliction.
