语言服务的匡救性与社会和谐

摘　　要：语言是人类交际交流的工具,人们每日每时都要运用此工具为达成自己的某种目的服务。语言服务有多种样态,有生活类型的,也有工作类型的。工作类型的语言服务中,匡时救弊性的语言服务尤其值得关注。匡救性的语言服务无论战时还是平时都存在,效果有所不同:匡救性语言服务之优劣在战争年代看得尤其明显,因其有鲜明的政治倾向性;在和平年代,语言服务要达至匡时救弊的目的,运用语言服务社会者必须要有所顾忌,为政者亦可从语言服务中体察舆情。Language is a tool for human communication.People use it to achieve their own certain purpose all the time.There are many kinds of language services which are about living and working.Among the working-type language services,the one that is used to rectify the time and remedy the abuse is particularly worthy of attention.Rescuable language service has different effects in war or peace period.In war time,its pros and cons are very evident because of their obvious political tendency.In peace time,if the purpose of the language services to remediate abuses is to be achieved,those who use language to serve the society must be cautious and politicians can also observe the public opinion from it.
