摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压患者血清缺氧诱导因子-α(HIF-α)的表达与子宫动脉血流动力学参数的相关性分析。方法收治的妊娠高血压患者127例(观察组),另选取正常妊娠孕妇50例作为对照组。根据观察组血压以及并发症情况,分为妊娠高血压组(n=71)、子痫前期组(n=46)、子痫期组(n=10)。观察4组血清HIF-α的表达与子宫动脉血流动力学参数的相关性。结果对照组阻力指数、搏动指数、收缩期峰值流速/舒张期峰值流均显著低于妊娠高血压组、子痫前期组和子痫期组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析表明HIF-α水平与阻力指数和收缩期峰值流速/舒张期峰值流速比值呈正相关(r值分别为0.670、0.804,P<0.05)。结论血清HIF-α与子宫动脉血流动力学参数呈密切相关性,可以为妊娠高血压患者的风险预测以及诊治提供良好的指导意义。Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of serum HIFαand hemodynamics parameters of uterine artery in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 127 patients with gestational hypertension were enrolled in the study,at the same time,50 women with normal pregnancy were enrolled as control group.The patients were divided into gestational hypertension group(n=71),preeclampsia group(n=46)and epilepsy group(n=10).The correlation between the expression of HIFαand the hemodynamic parameters of uterine arteries was observed and compared among the four groups.Results The resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),systolic peak velocity(VS)and diastolic peak velocity(VD)in control group were significantly lower than those in gestational hypertension group,preeclampsia group and epilepsy group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that HIFαlevels were positively correlated with those of RI and VD(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of HIFαare closely related with hemodynamics parameters of uterine artery in patients with gestational hypertension,which can provide guidance for risk profile and treatment in patients with gestational hypertension.
