双支架辅助栓塞技术在巨大后交通动脉瘤复发中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞技术在巨大后交通动脉瘤复发的安全性和短期临床疗效。方法 5例巨大复发后交通动脉瘤,应用双Lvis支架辅助弹簧圈进行栓塞,对动脉瘤致密栓塞程度,载瘤动脉通畅情况,对术后复发率进行评估。结果 5例动脉瘤均能达到致密栓塞,载瘤动脉通畅通畅,支架能顺利释放,1~5年随访动脉瘤无复发,mRS评分为0分。结论应用双支架辅助栓塞能够致密栓塞复发巨大后交通动脉瘤,能减少弹簧圈数目,降低治疗费用,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the safety and short-term clinical curative effects of double stent-assisted coil embolization in treatment of giant posterior communicating artery aneurysm.Methods Five cases of postoperative recurrence giant posterior communicating artery aneurysms were treated by double Lvis stent-assisted coil embolization.Then the degree of dense embolization of aneurysms,the patency state of the artery with tumor and the postoperative recurrence rate were evaluated.Results The dense embolization was successfully achieved in the 5 cases of recurrence giant posterior communicating artery aneurysms,and the artery with tumor was smooth,and stent could be smoothly released,without relapse of artery aneurysms after 1~5-year follow up,with mRS score being 0 point.Conclusion The application of double stent-assisted coil embolization can decrease the number of coils,reduce treatment costs and decrease relapse rate.
