摘　　要：目的了解中国乳腺癌高危人群化学预防药物应用的长期依从性及影响因素。方法对保定市第一中心医院收治的乳腺癌高危人群资料进行回顾性分析,研究预防药物应用率、早期停药率及1~5年服药依从率。结果共纳入183例研究对象。预防药物应用率为22.4%。48例研究对象可进行依从性分析。1~5年服药依从率分别为86.1%(31/36)、65.4%(17/26)、59.1%(13/22)、61.5%(8/13)和50.0%(5/10)。早期停药率为31.71%,中位停药时间17个月。就诊乳腺专科、报告药物不良反应、正常体重指数与依从性良好有关(P<0.05)。结论中国乳腺癌高危人群化学预防药物应用的长期服药依从性处于较低水平。加强医护人员相关知识的培训,大力发展乳腺专科建设,加强疗程初期的随访督导,可能有助于上述状况的改善。Objective To investigate the long-term compliance of chemoprophylactic drugs in high risk population of breast cancer in China.,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods The data of high risk population of breast cancer who were admitted and treated in the first central hospital of Baoding city were retrospectively analyzed.Especially the application rate of chemoprophylactic drugs,early drug discontinuance rate and compliance rate of drug administration during 1-5 years were thoroughly investigated.Results A total of 183 woman subjects were enrolled in the study.The application rate of chemoprophylactic drugs was 22.4%.The compliance rates of drug administration during 1~5 years were 86.1%(31/36),65.4%(17/26),59.1%(13/22),61.5%(8/13),50%(5/10),respectively.Moreover the early drug discontinuance rate was 31.71%,with median drug discontinuance time being 17 months.The mammary glands special department visited by patients,drug side effect,normal BMI were closely correlated with good compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term compliance of chemoprophylactic drugs in high risk population of breast cancer in China is in a lower level,therefor,it is necessary to take measures to improve the current situation.
