摘　　要：目的探讨在乳腺癌患者术后护理中应用马斯洛需要层次论对患肢功能恢复及负性情绪的干预效果。方法乳腺癌患者80例,根据随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理,观察2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,采用肩关节活动度(ROM)检测患肢功能恢复情况,采用生活质量评估量表(QOL)对护理前后患肢功能进行评价,观察2组患者满意度。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ROM达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者术后护理中应用马斯洛需要层次论效果显著,可缓解患者负性情绪,加快患肢功能恢复速度,改善术后生活质量并提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the intervention effects of Maslow requirement level theory on the function recovery of affected limb and negative emotions during postoperative nursing in patients with breast cancer.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were divided into two groups according to random digits table,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in observation group were treated by the nursing intervention based on Maslow requirement level theory.The SAS scores,SDS scores,the function recovery of shoulder joint range of motion(ROM)of affected limb,life quality of patients(QQL)were observed and compared between two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and ROM qualified rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the life quality in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Maslow requirement level theory in postoperative nursing for patients with breast cancer has obvious therapeutic effects,which can relieve the negative emotions of patients,accelerate the function recovery of affected limb,improve the postoperative life quality and nursing satisfaction degree.
