生产性服务业开放对中国服务业生产率的影响

摘　　要：研究目标:探讨生产性服务业双向开放如何影响服务业生产率。研究方法:利用2004～2015年生产性服务业开放的平衡面板数据,采用静态IV+GMM和动态SYS-GMM方法检验。研究发现:生产性服务业双向开放对服务业生产率有着显著的正向作用,且生产性服务业走出去产生的作用略大;在细分行业上,研发设计与其他技术服务、信息服务和货物运输仓储和邮政快递服务走出去对服务业生产率的影响相对较大,而金融服务、生产性租赁服务和商务服务则引进来的影响相对较大。研究创新:深入探讨了开放经济下生产性服务业走出去和引进来影响服务业生产率的理论机制,并构建生产性服务业开放渗透指数进行实证分析。研究价值:有助于服务业更高层次开放新格局形成,为加快发展现代服务业和推动服务业国际化发展提供决策依据。Research Objectives:Discuss whether bidirectional opening of producer services affect the servicesector productivityResearch Methods:Use the balance panel data between 2004 and 2015,and IV+GMM and SYSGMM testResearch Findings:The bidirectional opening of producer services has a significant positive effect on the servicesector productivity,and the role of producer services in going out is slightly greaterMeanwhile,R&D design and other technical services,information services and freight transportation,warehousing and postal express service going out have a relatively large impact on the service industry productivity,but FDI in financial services,productive leasing services and business services have a relatively large impactResearch Innovations:This paper discusses the theoretical mechanism of coming in and going out in producer services on the servicesector productivityResearch Value:It is beneficial to new pattern of higher level opening up in service industry,and provide scientific decisionmaking basis for developing of modern service industry and Chinas service industrys international development.
