摘  要:分析了材料牌号为HT280的4气门缸盖渗漏的原因,确认为缩松缺陷所致。介绍了浸渗的工艺流程、工艺分类、浸渗剂分类、浸渗设备、铸件浸渗系统的总体布局、缸盖允许的浸渗范围、浸渗工艺流程、铸件浸渗的质量问题分析和过程控制,通过对浸渗工艺的不断改进,经浸渗处理后的缸盖表面及内腔无固态残留物、铁锈残留、磕碰损伤及划痕,试压检验出浸渗缸盖的合格率达到90%,有效地减少了废品的经济损失,提高了铸件的耐用性和使用寿命,降低了成本。The reason of leakage of four-valve cylinder head with HT280 was analyzed and it was confirmed as the result of shrinkage defect.The infiltration process,classification,infiltration agent classification,infiltration equipment,easting infiltration system,the overall layout of the cylinder head allows the infiltration range,infiltration process,casting infiltration quality problems and process analysis control were introduced.After infiltration treatment,the cylinder head surface and inner cavity had no solid residue,rust residue,bump damage and scratches,and the pressure test verifies that the percent pass rate of the cylinder head covered reaches 90G.It reduced the economic loss of waste products effectively,increased cast durability and service life and lowered production costs.
