摘 要:方钢管桁架垂直相贯节点在工程施工过程当中,由于现场节点焊接连接时出现了对接误差,造成连接区域焊缝长度不足,出现局部应力集中现象,导致承载力减弱,因此需要对此类节点进行加固补强.以某工程钢结构罩棚中的个别有缺陷的方钢管桁架垂直相贯节点为例,采用ANSYS有限元软件分别对缺陷节点、无缺陷节点及不同加固方式下的节点的极限承载力进行数值模拟研究.对比分析不同加固方案下节点的破坏模式与极限承载力,制定出最优加固方案.研究表明:与端部分别采用1块、3块顶板加固方案相比较,采用2块顶板加固方案的节点承载力明显提高.During construction process of projects with perpendicularly intersecting node on their square steel tube truss,the joint error may appear due to on-site welding of the joint node,resulting in occurrence of insufficient weld length and local stress concentration in the joint area,leading to the decrease of bearing capacity,so that it is necessary to reinforce such joint.Taking the exceptional defective perpendicularly intersecting nodes of square steel-tubular truss for the steel-structural cover shed in a project as an example,numerical simulative study of ultimate bearing capacity of the defective node,defect-free node,and the node reinforced with different methods was conducted with finite element software ANSYS.The failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the node to be analyzed comparatively and an optimal reinforcement scheme was laid down.The research shows that compared with the scheme of reinforcement with one-or three-top plate at the end,the bearing capacity of two-top plate strengthening scheme will obviously be improved.
