摘 要:鉴于工业企业厂址选择方案评价涉及到经济-技术-社会-环境等不同子系统和不同层面的多个指标,针对其评价指标繁多,且不少单项因子不相容的问题,以模糊物元理论(FME)为基础,引入灰色分析法中灰色关联度,建立厂址选址评价模型——G-FME模型.在模糊物元法的基础上考虑选址方案评价系统的灰色特性.采用熵权确定指标权重,克服人为因素的影响,使得方案比选的选择更加客观公正,准确性有了很大的提高.最后运用该模型进行工程实践应用分析.结果表明该模型理论简洁,可操作性好,具有很好地实用性,可为工业企业厂址选择方案评价提供科学合理的决策依据.In view of involvement of industrial enterprises site selection scheme evaluation with different subsystems such as economical,technological,social,environmental,etc.,as well as multiple indexes in different hierarchies,the problem of various evaluation indexes and incompatibility many single factors was aimed,the fuzzy matter-element theory(FME)was taken as the basis,and the grey-relation grade in grey analysis method was introduced to establish plant site selection evaluation model,i.e.the G-FME model.This model takes the grey characteristics of site selection schemes evaluation system into consideration on the basis of fuzzy matter-element method.At the same time,the entropy weighting was used to determine the index weight so as to overcome the influence of artificial factors.Therefore,the choice of scheme comparative selection would be more objective and fair,and the accuracy would be improved considerably.Finally,the model was applied to conduct the analysis of the application in practical engineering.The evaluation result shows that this model will be simple theoretically,good operability,and practicability.It will be able to provide a scientific and reasonable basis for decision-making of industrial enterprises site selection schemes evaluation.
