摘  要:采用水热法,以氯化钇、柠檬酸钠、磷酸钠等为基体合成1μm左右的YPO_4发光基质材料,将Ce^(3+)、Tb^(3+)等离子掺杂其中得到下转换发光材料.通过研究反应温度、反应时间、掺杂比和烧结温度等因素对发光性能的影响,获得了在紫外光的激发下发出强光的稀土下转换发光材料,并通过改变Tb3+掺杂浓度得出对YPO_4:Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+)发光性能及寿命的影响,最终在反应时间为24 h、溶液pH为3时得到了形貌规则的四方相纳米材料,当Tb^(3+)浓度为1%时发出较强的绿光.In this paper,by using hydrothermal method,with yttrium chloride sodium citrate and sodium phosphate as matrix to synthesize about 1μm YPO4 luminescent host material,then doping Ce3+and Tb3+plasma to acquire down conversion luminescent properties.Through the study of reaction temperature,reaction time,doping ratio and sintering temperature and other factors on the performance of light-emitting ratio,we obtain light emitting rare earth conversion luminescent materials under the excitation of ultraviolet light,and conclude the influence of YPO4:Ce3+,Tb3+on the luminescent properties and luminescent life by changing the Tb3+doping concentration.Finally,the tetragonal nanomaterials with regular morphology are obtained when the reaction time is 24 h and pH of the solution is 3,and strong green light is emitted when the concentration of Tb3+is 1%.
