摘 要:目的:通过测定绝经后冠心病病人外周血CD34细胞数量、雌激素含量,观察二者之间的相关性,以及分别与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系,提示机体内源性CD34细胞减少可能是冠心病发病机制之一。为探索雌激素对心血管系统的有益作用新的可能机制和途径提供实验依据。方法:选择90例正常绝经后≥1 a的女性胸痛病人,行冠状动脉造影术,观察比较不同狭窄程度的冠脉病变病人其外周静脉血CD34细胞数量及雌二醇含量,三者之间的相关性研究。结果:CD34细胞数量及雌二醇E2静脉血含量分别在冠心病组之间相比,数量逐渐减少,有统计学意义(P<0.05),二者在冠心病组与对照组相比,数量均减少(P<0.01),(P<0.001)有统计学意义。Gensini积分A、B、C三之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD34细胞数与Gensini积分经Spearman秩相关分析的r=-0.927,P<0.01;雌二醇E2含量与Gensini积分经Spearman秩相关分析的r=-0.950,P<0.01;CD34细胞数与雌二醇E2含量经Spearman秩相关分析的r=866,P<0.01。结论:绝经后冠心病病人外周血CD34细胞数量及雌二醇含量明显减少二者之间呈正相关。冠心病病人外周血CD34细胞数量及雌二醇含量与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈负相关。Objective:By measuring in postmenopausal patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)peripheral blood CD34 cells quantity,estrogen,observe the correlation between them,as well as the relationship with the degree of coronary artery stenosis,respectively,prompt endogenous CD34 cells reduce may be one of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD).To explore new possible mechanisms and pathways for the beneficial effects of estrogen on the cardiovascular system.Methods:Choose 90 cases of normal postmenopausal of 1 year or more female patients with chest pain and coronary artery angiography,compare the degree of stenosis of coronary artery lesions in the peripheral venous blood CD34 cells number and estradiol levels,between the relevance of research.Results:CD34 venous blood cell count and estradiol E2 levels were compared between CHD group,gradually reduce the number of was statistically significant(P<0.05),both in the CHD group compared with control group,the Numbers are reduced(P<0.01),(P<0.001)was statistically significant.The differences between Gensini integral A,B and C were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of CD34 cells was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis by Spearman rank.The E2 content of estradiol E2 was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis of the Gensini integral by the r=-0.950,P<0.01;The number of CD34 cells and E2 of estradiol E2 were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation.R=866,P<0.01.Conclusion:The number of CD34 and estradiol in peripheral blood of postmenopausal patients with coronary heart disease were positively correlated with the decrease of estradiol content.The number of CD34 cells and estradiol in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease were negatively correlated with the degree of coronary stenosis.
