摘 要:目的:本研究预对比同位素^(32)P胶体注射与博来霉素注射治疗海绵状血管瘤的疗效。方法:分析2014~2016期间在内蒙古医科大学附属医院治疗的海绵状血管瘤病人56例(其中^(32)P胶体注射治疗35例,博来霉素注射治疗21例),瘤体直径5.0~16.5mm,观察疗效及其副作用。结果:^(32)P胶体注射与博来霉素注射治疗海绵状血管瘤后瘤体明显缩小,随访无继续发展。^(32)P胶体注射治疗海绵状血管瘤的治愈率为89.3%,博来霉素注射治疗海绵状血管瘤的治愈率为92.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种治疗方法病人均未见血细胞减少,^(32)P胶体注射治疗后部分病人遗留色素异常或瘢痕生长,博来霉素注射未见遗留色素异常或瘢痕生长。结论:博来霉素注射治疗海绵状血管瘤疗效明确,副作用小,是治疗海绵状血管瘤较理想的方法。Objective:This study compares the efficacy of isotope 32 P colloid and bleomycin in treating of cavernous hemangioma.Methods:56 cases of cavernous hemangioma treated by our department were analyzed from 2014 to 2016.Among them,35 cases were treated with 32 P colloid and 21 cases were treated with bleomycin.The tumor diameter was 1.2~6.8 for treating cavernous hemangioma,while and the cure rate of bleomycin was 92.4%.No reduction of cytopenia was observed in either of the two methods.Some patients with hypochromic or scarring remained after 32 P colloid injection.No blemishes or cm,and the curative effect was observed.Results:Cavernous hemangioma significantly reduced by 32 P colloid or bleomycin injection,hemangioma did not continue to develop in the follow-up.The cure rate of isotope 32 P colloid was 89.3%scarring were observed with bleomycin injection.Conclusion:Bleomycin is an ideal method for the treatment of cavernous hemangioma.
