摘  要:介绍了四喷嘴水煤浆烧嘴的基本结构,以一台典型烧损的气化烧嘴为对象,结合金相分析、扫描电镜+能谱分析、计算流体力学等技术手段,对烧嘴烧损的原因进行了详细剖析,发现烧嘴头部端面最高温度超过527℃,最高应力超过1 461 MPa,远远超过材料的极限,因此认为超温和超应力是烧嘴烧损的直接原因。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了提高金属材料等级、增加防护涂层以及合理设计冷却水通道等建议。The basic burner structure of 4-nozzle CWS gasifier was introduced.Detailed failure analysis of a typical broken burner was conducted by using such methods as metallographic analysis,SEM+EDS and CFD simulation.It was found that the highest temperature of the burner top exceeded 527益and highest stress exceeded 1 461 MPa,far exceeding the limit of the material.Therefore,over-temperature and over-stress were the direct reasons of burner break.On the basis of analysis results,a series of suggestions were proposed,such as improving the metal material grade,adding protective coating and cooling water channel design.
