摘  要:山西焦化股份有限公司焦油加工厂的工业萘蒸馏系统采用传统的双炉双塔常压蒸馏工艺,生产运行中,经常因酚油带水过多,回流到塔顶时,造成工艺波动,且在酚油排水时,又容易导致水中带油。针对此问题,提出了在工业萘蒸馏系统新增加一台油水分离器的技术改造方案。改造后,油水分离时间由原来的5 min延长至4 h^5h,提高了油水分离效果,避免了排水时,水中带油对水质的污染和酚油的损失。The dual-furnace dual-tower atmospheric distillation process was adopted for the industrial naphthalene distillation unit of Tar Processing Plant of Shanxi Coking Co.,Ltd.During the operation,too much water in the phenol oil resulted in the process fluctuation when refluxing to the top of the tower.Besides,when the water was discharged from the phenol oil,it was quite likely that the water would carry oil.With respect to such problems,the technical renovation scheme of adding one oil water separator was proposed.After the renovation,the oil water separation time was prolonged to 4 h-5 h,which had improved the oil water separation effect and avoided oil contamination on water quality and loss of phenol oil during the water discharge.
