摘  要:利用煤炭科学技术研究院有限公司自主开发的MK型高效络合萃取剂,对实际工业高浓度含酚废水进行络合萃取处理,结果显示,MK型络合萃取剂对酚类物质具有良好的萃取性能,并对萃取温度、萃取p H、相比、萃取级数等萃取条件进行了实验研究,确定了MK型络合萃取剂萃取脱酚工艺。实验研究表明,MK型络合萃取剂对废水中的单元酚和多元酚都有较好的萃取效果,最佳萃取条件为:pH=6,温度30℃,相比1∶1~1∶4,萃取级数2级~4级。MK complex extractant developed independently by China Coal Research Institute was used to extract the industrial high concentration phenolic wastewater.The results showed that the MK complex extractant had good extraction performance for phenolic compounds.Through experimental study on extraction conditions,such as temperature,pH,phase ratio and extraction stage,phenol removal process with MK complex extractant was determined.The results showed that MK complex extractant had good extraction effect on phenol and polyphenol in wastewater.The optimum extraction conditions were pH=6,temperature 30益,phase ratio 1:1-1:4,and extraction stage of 2-4.
