摘 要:以YS、LL和XF 3种褐煤为研究对象,利用40 kg试验焦炉,采用捣固焦炉生产气化焦的方法,通过配入廉价褐煤来降低配煤成本,研究了褐煤细度和配入量对焦炭质量的影响。通过20 g干馏实验和气相色谱检测,研究了不同褐煤对化产品产率及煤气组成的影响。研究结果表明,褐煤细度适宜控制在<3 mm占85%左右,也可<5 mm占85%左右,褐煤配入量适宜控制在20%以内;褐煤配入量增加时,煤气组成中H2含量降低,CO和CO2的含量升高,焦油产率升高,气体产率略有降低,所得焦炭与CO2反应性升高。The method of gasification coke production with stamping coke oven was studied,with YS,LL and XF lignite as the study object and using 40 kg test coke oven.The coal blending cost was reduced by blending the cheap lignite,and also the impact of lignite fineness and blending volume on coke quality was studied.Through 20 g carbonization test and GC test,the influence of different lignites on gasification product yield and gas composition was studied.The experimental results showed that about 85%of lignite with particle size less than 3 mm or 5 mm was suitable and the preferred lignite blending volume was controlled within 20%.When the lignite blending volume is increased,the content of H2 in gas will decrease,while CO and CO2 content will increase.The tar yield will increase,the gas yield will slightly decrease,and the coke obtained will have high reactivity with CO2.
