摘 要:结垢堵塞成为了热电及焚烧行业采用湿法脱硫处置烟气的行业问题。为此,我们通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散X射线光谱分析(EDS)对成都市污泥处理过程中湿法塔喷淋系统喷嘴垢样进行成分分析,结果显示该喷嘴垢样的主要成分为CaSO_4.(H_2O)_2、CaF_2和CaSO_3.(H_2O)_(0.5)。同时我们采用Na_2CO_3物相转化后,再用HCl溶解的两步法来溶解该垢样。实验结果表明,增加转化时间,可以提高喷嘴垢样的转化率,当转换72h后,溶垢效率可达90%左右。In thermal power and incineration industries,the problem of fouling and clogging during the wet desulfurization for flue gas treatment,has increasingly become an industrial wide problem.Therefore,a composition analysis of nozzle fouling samples from spray system of absorption tower of a sludge(from Chengdu)treatment system was carried out by X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis and energy dispersive X ray spectra(EDS).The results showed that samples are principally composed of CaSO4·(H2O)2,CaF2 and CaSO 3·(H2O)0.5.A dissolution test for same sample was carried out simultaneously by applying a two-step method-phase transformation using Na2CO3 followed by dissolution with HCl.The results showed that phase transformation rate for fouling samples can be efficiently improved if the transformation time is long enough.As the transformation time was improved to 72h,the sample dissolution rate could reach up to 90%.
