摘 要:水中硼含量超标对动植物产生负面的影响,硼浓度在水处理和油田生产方面具有重要意义。文章综述了除硼方法的研究进展,包括沉淀法、吸附法、萃取法、反渗透法和离子交换法等,并分析了各个方法的机理和优缺点,展望除硼方法的研究方向和发展趋势。综上所述,反渗透膜和硼选择树脂的研发在除硼方面最具应用前景,同时筛选和制备损耗少的萃取剂在除硼研究中也有广阔的发展空间。现阶段在除硼工艺上,反渗透法和硼选择树脂法联合使用可以有效提高除硼率,沉淀法和吸附法在高含硼量水预处理中有节约成本的优势。Excessive boron concentration in water has negative effects on aquatic flora and fauna,and boron concentration is of great significance in water treatment and oilfield production.In this paper,a state of arts technologies on boron removal,including precipitation method,adsorption method,extraction method,reverse osmosis method and ion exchange method are reviewed.The mechanism and advantages as well as disadvantages of each method are analyzed.The research direction and development trend of boron removal methods are also discussed.It is believed that the development of reverse osmosis membrane and boron selective resin have the greatest application prospects,and selection and fabrication of extraction agents with less materials loss has a broad space for development.Currently,the reverse osmosis method and the boron selective resin method can effectively improve the boron removal rate in the boron removal process,and precipitation method and adsorption method have the advantage of cost savings in the pretreatment of water with high boron concentration.
