基于SITES的美国小尺度雨洪管理景观设计——以乔治华盛顿大学Square 80广场为例

摘　　要：介绍美国现代城市雨洪管理体系的发展历程、主要内容及核心目标。可持续雨洪管理作为SITES中的一项重要内容,是BMPs、LID等先进雨洪管理理念的标准化与系统化。作为最早获得SITES认证的可持续景观项目之一,乔治华盛顿大学Square 80广场以可持续雨洪管理为核心,实现了在小尺度城市开放空间中100%收集处理场地降水并回收利用。对我国"海绵城市"概念在景观设计及城市规划领域的推广实践有重要的启发与借鉴价值。By introducing the development history,major contents and key objectives of US modern stormwater management systems,this paper proposes that as an important component the sustainable stormwater management in SITES is the standardization and systematization of BMPs and LID.As one of the first SITES certified sustainable landscape projects,Square 80 Plaza in George Washington University uses sustainable stormwater management as its design core,and successfully realizes 100%collection,treatment and recycling of precipitation on site,which has significant instructive and reference value in promoting“Sponge City”concept in the field of landscape architecture and urban design in China.
