摘 要:山地小城镇作为我国分布较广并具有典型特征的城镇,在长期的发展过程中受制于对外交通不便与生态环境保育的要求,大多数呈现自组织渐进式发展模式,在一定程度上制约了城镇的可持续发展。该文主要探讨了作为触媒的对外交通设施布局对城镇的影响方式及正负效应,山地小城镇由"自组织渐进式"转变为"他组织跃迁式"城镇发展模式的变化。以湖北省后坪镇为例进行了典型剖析,在当前特色小镇建设的背景下,为深入推进供给侧结构性改革和新型城镇化提供了一条可持续探索的有效途径。As a kind of town area with wide distribution and typical characteristics in our country,the majority of mountain towns has appeared a self-organization gradualness development model in the process of long-term development,which is subjected to the lack of inbound-outbound traffic facilities and ecological environment conservation.To a certain extent,this model has restricted the sustainable development of the towns.In this paper we mainly discuss the influence of the inbound-outbound traffic facilities as a catalyst on the mountain towns,especially the positive and negative effects.And we also demonstrate the transformation of the development model in the process of"Self-organization gradualness”into"Hetero-organization transition".In the background of the construction of the characteristic towns,the typical analysis of Houping Town in Hubei Province has provided an effective way to explore the structural reform of supply front and the new urbanization.
