摘　　要：该文介绍了一个基于单片机AT89C2052的EG2001X探针台与测试系统联机后测后打点连续废报警功能的实现方法,讨论了EG2001X TTL接口的工作原理,给出了单片机设计的具体电路原理图。此方案价格低廉、硬件兼容性好、编程简单、维护方便、可移植性强,解决了探针台测后打点连续废不会报警暂停的技术,降低了测试的误测率,提高了生产效率。This paper introduces a method to realize the Continuous Fail alarm function of Eg2001 prober station and test system based on AT89C2052.The working principle of Eg2001 TTL interface is discussed.The method is low cost,good hardware compatibility,simple programming,easy maintenance and transplantable.It can solve the technique that the continuous fail can not be stopped by alarm after prober test.
