摘　　要：该文通过分析军工产品质量管理面临的问题,通过转变观念,以零缺陷为目标,逐步探索全面提升军工产品质量的有效方法,围绕"设计是源头、采购是保障,工艺是关键、管理是基础"开展了一系列切实有效的活动,有效保证了军工产品的质量,为军工产品的质量管理摸索出一条可行之路。Through the analysis of the problems faced by the quality management of military products,by chang ing the concept and taking zero defects as the goal,the effective methods of improving the quality of military products are gradually explored.A series of effective activities have been carried out around the"design is the source,the purchase is the guarantee,the technology is the key and the management is the foundation",which effectively guarantees the quality of the military products and is the quality of the military products.A feasible way is groped for quantity management.
