摘  要:本文基于激光测距原理,通过物体表面形貌测量、数字图像处理和数据库技术的联合,提出了一种承载鞍表面粗糙度非接触式测量系统。文中介绍了该系统的硬件和软件两部分的实现过程,硬件主要包括检测装置及控制部分,软件部分主要涉及数据的接收和承载鞍表面轮廓图的绘制,以得到承载鞍表面粗糙度值。该测量系统的应用,可显著提高承载鞍表面粗糙度测量的效率和精度。Based on the principle of laser ranging,a non-contact measuring system for surface roughness is pro-posed by the combination of surface topography,digital image processing and database technology.In this paper,the hardware and software implementation methods of the system are introduced.The hardware mainly includes the dtection device and the control part.The work of software mainly involves the data receiving and the drawing of the bearing surface.The surface roughness values were obtained using this system.The application of the measurement sytem can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the surface roughness measurement.
