摘 要:家蚕微粒子病是由家蚕微孢子虫(Nosema bombycis)引起的毁灭性传染病,传染途径有食下感染和胚种感染两种方式,防治家蚕微粒子病的方法归纳起来有化学法和物理法两大类。化学防治方法包括药物消毒和药物治疗,物理防治方法以温汤浴种、高温浸酸和热空气法等相关的热处理方法为主。文章对前人在热处理方面的研究进展进行回顾,并对今后防治家蚕微粒子病研究进行展望。Pebrine was a serious infectious disease caused by Nosema bombycis through two main ways for transmission,including transovarian transmission and horizontal transmission.Currently,chemical method and physical method become the two means for prevention and treatment of zebrine.Chemical control methods include drug disinfection and drug treatment.Physical control methods were mainly based on heat treatment methods,such as hot-water treatment,hydrochloric acid treatment with high temperature and dry air treatment.Here,the research progress of heat treatments for controlling pebrine was reviewed,and also the future researches on prevention and treatment of silkworm pebrine were prospected.
