摘 要:目的了解厦门地区不同性别、年龄患者的食物不耐受情况,结合临床症状分析,为临床疾病诊断提供依据,并指导患者进行健康的饮食调整。方法采用ELISA检测1 049例患者血清中14种常见的食物特异性Ig G抗体。结果 1 049例患者中特异性Ig G抗体阳性724例,阳性率为69.02%,其中鸡蛋(47.00%)、牛奶(32.51%)、西红柿(26.12%)阳性率最高;女性阳性率(69.51%)略高于男性(68.52%);未成年组阳性率(92.31%)明显高于成年组阳性率(63.10%)(P<0.05);未成年组除了鸡蛋以中重度不耐受以主,其余食物则以轻度不耐受为主,且出现对多种食物同时不耐受。结论食物特异性Ig G抗体检测可协助临床疾病诊断,且有助于对食物不耐受患者进行健康的饮食指导。Objective To investigate the food intolerance of patients in different gender,age and clinical symptoms in Xiamen,then to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and diet guidance for the patients.Methods Specific IgG antibodies to fourteen kinds of common foods in the serum of 1 049 patients were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In 1 049 patients,the specific IgG antibodies were detected in the 724 cases,the positive rate of which was 69.02%.Among them,the positive rate of egg(47.00%),milk(32.51%)and tomatoes(26.12%)were the highest.The positive rate in female(69.51%)was slightly higher than that in male(68.52%),while the positive rate in the underage group(92.31%)was significantly higher than that in the adult group(63.10%)(P<0.05).Patients in the underage group were moderately to severely intolerant to egg,but mildly intolerant to the other foods.as well as to be intolerant to many kinds of food.Conclusion Detection of specific IgG antibodies for food intolerant could assist clinical diagnosis of diseases and provide healthy dietary guidance for the patients with food intolerance.
