老年顽固性高血压中药熏洗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析对老年顽固性高血压进行中药熏洗的具体效果。方法选取本院2015年5月—2017年10月老年顽固性高血压患者739例,根据入院先后将其分为两组,1组369例,设为对照组,服用常规降压药;2组370例,设为观察组,在上述治疗前提下进行中药熏洗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压和总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组血压明显低于对照组;观察组和对照组总有效率依次为97.02%和82.38%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗能降低老年顽固性高血压患者血压,整体治疗效果较好,可在各大医院中推广使用。Objective To analyze the specific effect of herbal fumigation in elderly resistant hypertension.Methods A total of 739 elderly patients with resistant hypertension treated from May 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected.The patients were divided into control group(n=369)and observation group(n=370)according to their registration number.The control group took the conventional antihypertensive drugs;On the basis of the former,the observation group took the herbal fumigation.The blood pressure and total effective rate were compared.Results After treatment,the blood pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.02%vs.82.38%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The herbal fumigation can reduce the blood pressure and total effective rate.It shall be widely applied in clinical practice.
