全身麻醉患者术中知晓情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全麻手术患者术中知晓情况,并且分析其发生原因。方法选择2016年2月—2017年7月间我院接收的全麻手术患者204例,在手术治疗过程中对患者知晓发生情况进行观察,针对知晓发生情况分析知晓发生原因。结果通过对患者进行观察,结果显示全麻患者术中知晓情况发生率为5.9%,其手术知晓发生的影响因素主要包括患者性别、用药以及手术类型及ASA分级。结论全身麻醉患者术中知晓情况具有一定发生率,手术正常顺利进行会产生一定影响,因而需积极应对。Objective To investigate patients’awareness undergoing general anesthesia operation and analyze the reasons.Methods 204 patients received general anesthesia operation in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected.The patients’awareness was observed during the general anesthesia operation,and analyzed the reasons of occurrence according to the situation.Results It was observed that the occurring rate for patients’awareness was 5.9%during the operation.The influencing factors of operation awareness mainly includes sex,medicine,type of operation and ASA classification.Conclusion The awareness of general anesthesia patients have a certain incidence,which would cause some influence during the operation and need to respond positively.
