摘　　要：目的探究全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉在老年高血压患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法对74例老年高血压行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者进行分析,随机分为对照组37例(采用全身麻醉)与实验组37例(采用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉),对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果实验组收缩压、心率、血氧饱和度、拔管时间、苏醒时间与呼吸恢复时间均明显优于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在老年高血压患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中采用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉,可以取得较好的麻醉效果,能够显著改善术中应激反应,缓解患者疼痛症状,具有较高的安全性与可靠性,在临床上值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 74 cases of senile hypertension line in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed,and they were randomly divided into control group(with general anesthesia)and experimental group of 37 cases(general anesthesia combined epidural anesthesia),compared two groups of patients with anesthesia effects.Results The systolic blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,extubation time,awakening time and respiratory recovery time were significantly better than the control group,significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly hypertensive patients with general anesthesia combined epidural anesthesia,can obtain good anaesthesia effect,can significantly improve the intraoperative stress reaction,relieve patients'pain symptoms,has high safety and reliability,is worth popularization in clinic use.
