摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预在高龄二胎孕产妇心理焦虑状态改善上的作用。方法选取2015年4月—2017年4月来我院生产的高龄二胎孕产妇77例,并按照随机原则将孕产妇分为2组。对照组(38例)行常规护理,实验组(39例)行心理护理,对两组孕产妇SAS评分及SDS评分进行比较。结果实验组SAS及SDA评分均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高龄二胎孕产妇实施心理护理干预,可有效减轻患者心理焦虑感,使得孕产妇在分娩时心情轻松,有利于顺利分娩。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the improvement of psychological anxiety in two elderly pregnant women.Methods From April 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital to produce the elderly two pregnant women 77 cases,and in accordance with the principle of randomization of maternal divided into two groups.The control group(38 cases)underwent routine nursing and experimental group(39 cases).The scores of SAS scores and SDS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to reduce the psychological anxiety of the pregnant women in the elderly with two pregnant women,which makes the pregnant women feel relaxed during childbirth and is conducive to the smooth delivery.
