摘　　要：目的探究将心理护理应用于胃癌根治术患者术后心理状况的影响。方法选择我院2016年10月—2017年9月间收治的胃癌根治术患者62例,按照入院顺序将患者分为两组,各31例患者。对照组患者采用常规术后护理模式,而实验组患者在常规护理的基础上应用心理护理干预,对比两组患者的心理状。结果对照组患者的SAS以及SDS评分明显高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌根治术患者应用心理护理干预,能够改善患者的负性心理状态,从而促使患者积极配合治疗,是一种有效的护理方案。Objective To explore the effect of applying psychological nursing on postoperative psychological status in patients with radical gastrectomy.Methods Totally 62 patients underwent radical gastrectomy in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017.The patients were divided into two groups of 31 patients according to their admission order.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional postoperative nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with radical gastrectomy can improve the negative psychological state of patients,thus promoting the patients to actively cooperate with the treatment.
