摘　　要：目的分析PICC相关性血栓形成后保留导管患者以及临床护理效果。方法选取我院2015年12月—2017年12月接收的54例PICC相关性血栓形成后保留导管的患者,通过采用计算机产生随机数字,分为研究组和参照组,其中参照组为27例,采用常规护理,研究组为27例,予以综合护理,比较两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分。结果护理前,两组患者的情绪各指标评分比较,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组抑郁评分以及焦虑评分获得极大改善,且优于参照组,并且研究组护理满意度为(96.30%),高于参照组护理满意度(74.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论密切观察PICC相关性血栓形成后保留导管患者的病情发展,并配合综合护理干预后,护理效果优异,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical observation and clinical nursing of patients with preserved catheters after PICC-related thrombosis.Methods Fifty-four patients with PICC-associated catheters retained after thrombosis received from December 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital were divided into study group and reference group by using computer generated random numbers.The reference group was 27 cases,used routine care,the study group was 27 cases,was given comprehensive care,anxiety and depression scores before and after the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in emotion index(P>0.05).After nursing,the depression score and anxiety score of the study group were greatly improved,and better than the reference group,the nursing satisfaction of the study(96.30%)was higher than that of the reference group(74.07%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Close observation of the progression of patients with preserved catheter after PICC-related thrombosis,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,the nursing effect is excellent,it is worth promoting.
