摘　　要：重症颅脑超声作为神经重症患者多模态监测手段的重要环节,已成为急危重症,尤其是神经重症疾病监测的核心内容。脑外伤、脑血管病等引起的继发性脑损伤会导致颅内压、脑灌注压、脑血流、脑血管自动调节机制等发生紊乱。应用颅脑超声二维模式和经颅彩色多普勒超声,并结合其他监测参数进行多目标整合动态评估,可为神经重症患者提供无创、实时的监测,为进一步诊断及治疗提供及时、准确的指导依据。Transcranial sonography is an important part of multimodality monitoring in critical care unit,especially the monitoring of neurological diseases.Secondary brain injury caused by cerebral trauma or cerebrovascular disease can cause disorder of intracranial pressure,cerebral perfusion pressure,cerebral blood flow,cerebral vascular automatic regulation mechanism and other disorders.A dynamic evaluation carried out by using the two-dimensional model of craniocerebral ultrasound and transcranial color doppler ultrasound combined with other monitoring parameters can provid non-invasive and real-time monitoring means for neuro-critical patients.
