摘　　要：从当今社会对体育专业人才需求入手,对西北五省区普通本科院校体育院(系)的学科建设、专业设置、课程体系、教学管理以及招生等进行深入研究,剖析在体育人才培养中存在的问题,并提出优化、转型、提升、特色发展对策和措施,以适应未来社会对体育人才的需求.From the perspective of the demand for professional sports talents in today's society,further studies are made on discipline construction,professional settings,curriculum system,teaching management and admissions of sports institute or department of ordinary colleges and universities in five northwestern provinces to analyze the problems existing in cultivating the sports talents,and propose countermeasures to optimize,transform,improve and develop characteristics so as to adapt to the social demand for sports talents in the future.
