摘 要:2017年冬季,流感来袭,人们恐慌情绪蔓延。各地出现奥司他韦抢购囤药现象,致使奥司他韦一度脱销。通过百度指数,分析流感舆情传播态势,从心理学视角对舆情焦点事件进行分析,提出舆论引导者需充分发挥首因效应、近因效应、破窗效应和权威效应等心理效应,从微观层面提高网络舆论引导能力。During the winter of 2017,the flu striking triggered widespread panic on people,which sparked a rush to buy the Oseltamivir;therefore,Oseltamivir were sold out in many areas.In terms of Baidu index,this paper analyzes the public sentiment of flu events and also analyzes the focus of public opinion from the perspective of psychology.In conclusion,this paper suggests that the guiders should give full play to the psychological effect,such as the primacy effect,the recency effect,the broken window effect,the authority effect,and so on,and improve the network public opinion guidance ability on a micro level.
