摘　　要：目的评价腔内镜治疗输尿管开口显示不清的输尿管下段结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2014年10月至2016年12月收治的16例输尿管开口显示不清的输尿管下段嵌顿性结石患者的临床资料,结石位于左侧输尿管下段12例,右侧4例,均为单侧发病。16例均使用电切镜切开输尿管口显示输尿管口后置入输尿管镜成功碎石。结果 16例均一次手术成功,术后随访6~12月,临床症状消失,无膀胱输尿管返流及肾积水。结论腔内镜治疗输尿管开口显示不清的输尿管下段结石是一种简单有效的微创治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of endoscopic management of distal ureteral calculi associated with unclear ureteral orifice.Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of distal ureteral calculi associated with unclear ureteral orifice treated during Oct.2014 and Dec.2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Distal ureteral calculi occurred unilaterally with the left ureter in 12 cases and with the right ureter in 4 cases.Transurethral resection of ureteral orifice was performed and ureteroscopic lithotripsis was adopted to crush calculi.Results All operations were successful.During the follow-up of 6-12 months,the clinical symptoms disappeared in all cases,and no vesicoureteral refluxes or hydronephrosis occurred.Conclusion Endoscopic management of distal ureteral calculi associated with unclear ureteral orifice is a simple and effective minimally invasive method.
