数字峰值测量的新方法——双频峰值检波法

摘　　要：传统的峰值测量采用峰值检波法和有效值转换法,峰值检波法电路简单但精度差,有效值转换法精度高,但成本也高且频率受限。依据等效采样的原理,介绍了一种数字峰值测量的新方法。这种方法的最大特点是能够利用较低采样率的A/D采样那些频率甚至比A/D采样率高很多的信号的峰值。测量的基本原理是将信号的瞬时幅值经A/D采样送入处理器,在信号周期内对输入信号的采样值进行大小比较,从而得出信号的峰值或峰峰值。试验表明,这种方法测量精度高,并且能够测量各种波形的有效值,并且可以兼顾高低频,全幅度段达到良好的线性。Based on the principle of equivalent sampling,this paper introduces a measurement method for digital peak.The method of this paper can use lower sample rate A/D sampling many signals that frequency is more than A/D sampling rate peak.Basic principle of measure is that the instantaneous amplitude signals be sent into processor after sampled by AD,Compared the input signal samples values in signal cycle,thereby obtain signal peak or fengfeng values.Experiment shows that this measurement method for the high precision,and get various waveform RMS.
