摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实践创编法等研究方法,阅读教育学、体育学相关书籍资料,基于体育教育本科专业技术技能培养与实践,并结合高校校园体育文化发展的政策导向因素,对新疆高校校园体育文化体系构建的实践方面进行分析,即校园体育文化体系构建的实施内容设计、实践成果展示、参与人群结构、参与人群基本反馈等。高校校园体育文化体系构建能传播品牌文化、传递精神文化、引导健康意识、和谐等诸多关系。提出建议:(1)夯实顶层设计,长远谋划,精心组织;(2)调动学生积极性,挖掘学生潜能,拓宽校园体育文化体系构建的"点"与"面";(3)完善体育文化制度形式,以体育活动教育学生,引导学生和谐互助;(4)关注高校校园体育文化内涵发展,使其成为校园文化发展的大舞台等。旨在作用于校园文化发展,为新疆高校校园体育文化体系构建提供实践性依据,并在理论上进行指导新疆高校校园体育文化活动的繁荣开展。Reading education,sports science related information books,literature,questionnaire,compose practice research methods,based on physical education undergraduate professional and technical skills training and practice,combined with policy-oriented factors of College Campus Sports Culture Development of practical aspects of College Physical Culture System Construction in Xinjiang was analyzed,That is,the construction of campus sports culture system to implement the content design,practice results show,participation in the population structure,participation in the basic feedback,Draw the conclusion:The campus sports culture system construction can spread the brand culture,convey the spiritual culture,guide the health consciousness,the harmonious many relations;Make recommendations:(1)pragmatic top-level design,long-term planning,careful organization;(2)mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,and tap the potential of students,to broaden the campus sports culture System"point"and"surface";(3)improve the form of sports culture system,to educate students to guide sports activities to promote harmony and mutual assistance;(4)concerned about the development of campus sports culture connotation,making it a major stage for the development of campus culture.It intended to act on the campus cultural development of Xinjiang University Campus Physical Culture Construction System to provide practical basis,and guidance campus sports cultural activities conducted in Xinjiang prosperity theory.
