摘 要:为了研究警察院校体能课程设置的科学变化规律,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,以浙江警察学院大一大二各区队学生为研究对象,对学生体能课程参与态度、主观体验进行问卷调查,研究结果发现:学生对体能课程内容安排具有较高的满意度;在负荷安排方面,造成学生主观感觉为疲劳状态较多,部分出现过度疲劳;学生的运动状态和学习积极性有待提高;现有的体能课程任务对普通文化课学习有消极的影响;学生自感下午时段比较适合体能运动。最后从课程频率设置、内容设置和调动学生积极性等方面提出体能课程安排的建议,这对体能课程的排课和内容设置具有一定参考价值。In order to study the variation of physical fitness curriculum setting in the police colleges,this paper uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistical to investigate the physical fitness class participation attitude and subjective experience of freshman and sophomore students in Zhejiang Police College as the research objects.The results show that:students are satisfied with the content setting of physical fitness;some students felt tired or over fatigue on trainings load;the motion form and study enthusiasm of students need to be improved;the learning tasks have negative influence on the academic courses;students feel that it is more suitable to carry out PE programs in afternoon.The study also makes recommendations from courses frequency setting,content setting and activating students'interest,which is useful for the curriculum arrangement and content setup.
