摘 要:领导者交换理论是描述领导者与成员之间关系的本质及影响效应的理论。领导者在与成员社会交往过程中产生一种动态的物质和心里交换过程,这一过程对维护成员队伍的稳定发展、增强群体凝聚力等方面有着重要作用。研究表明:成就感越强的领导者;组织成员活动的行为就越积极、完善自我的决心越强、积极创造轻一个松愉快的活动氛围,竭力组织群体成员活动,将群体活动规模提升一个"高度",为今后自发性群众体育的发展创造条件。Leader exchange theory is a theory to describe the nature and influential effect of the relationship between leaders and members.A certain dynamic material and mental exchange process are produced in the process of leader-member communication,which is of great importance for keeping the steady development of the member team,and enhancing team cohesion.Results show that leaders with more fulfillments will be more active in organizing activities,and in completing themselves.They could create a pleasant atmosphere,do their best to organize activities,promote the activities into a higher level,and create conditions for the development of self-organized mass sport.
