发达国家政府购买公共体育服务的经验及启示

摘　　要：发达国家政府购买公共体育服务主要包括构建方式灵活的购买制度、积极主动地培育承接主体、不断扩大弱势群体的覆盖范围、加大对购买公共体育服务投入、强化公平竞争等方面.要促进我国政府购买公共体育服务的发展,必须结合我国实际情况并借鉴国外有益经验,不断完善相关制度建设.The experience of developed countries government purchases public sports service reform includes:building the flexible purchase system,cultivating the following main body actively,and expanding the coverage of the vulnerable group constantly,increasing investment,strengthening the fair competition,etc.In order to promote the development of China’s government purchasing public sports services,the government must be combined with the actual situation in our country,perfecting the relevant system construction.
